CNC control on a 6-axis lathe machine
Machine consists of a 6 axis BECKHOFF PLC based control.
All the automation is BECKHOFF based and communicates using the high performance EtherCAT bus for Drivers, I/Os and Lika absolute encoders.
Customer can control the machine through a 15.6" touch screen and 5 incremental rotatory encoders. The process can also be automated using a CODING interpreter.

Plastic production enviroment monitoring station
The alarm system, developed in cooperation with Arlis d.o.o., permits to monitor an existing production plant in order to avoid any production blackout. In this way it is possible to save costs needed to restore the complete production line. The system can be customized to acquire all the process values requested by customer.

Cask temperature monitoring and control for wine production
The system monitor and control, using a PC interface, the temperature of 50 cask. The touch screen interface allows following all the delicate phases of wine production process.
It is possible to select each cask and set a temperature target, this will be set on the dedicate remote controller mounted on the cask itself. Each cask has a dedicate low/high alarm which generates and alarm in case the content temperature exceeds the set range.
All the temperatures can be monitored through a trend. Each single cask temperature can be recorded and then retrieved year by year. In this way is possible to create a recipe to improve the wine production.

G.G. Inzeniring together with ITS Energy, is working in the development of electronic controls for renewable energy market. We are focusing on the use of by-products of agro-forestry activities.
We are close to present on the market an integrated control board to be used for Stirling engine and pyrolysis machines. These systems used together can create a complete enviroment for heat and electricity production using waste or renewable sources derived from eco-sustainable productions.
